Troy Clark is living the American Dream and proof that hard work does pays off.  Troy earned the rank of Eagle Scout before joining the United States Army in 1997.  After finishing his time serving his country, Troy worked at several other water damage restoration companies before deciding to do it his way by opening Elite Restoration Solutions with the goal to serve customers with fire, water and mold damage restoration for residential and commercial properties.

Troy has received extensive training in the construction and restoration services industry. He specializes in rapid response emergency mitigation services including board-ups, water and fire damage restoration, and mold removal. Elite Restoration Solutions provides services 24 hours a day and responds to emergencies no matter the time of day.

Troy is certified by the IICRC (The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, and Fire and Smoke Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, Trauma Clean-up, and Emergency Recovery Coordinator.  Troy also hold an advanced certification in Microbial Remediation from the ACAC (American Council for Accredited Certification) and holds an EPA certified by the Environmental Protection Agency to test for lead in walls along with renovations, repairs and painting.  Troy is also a certified instructor with the State of Indiana to teach continuing education classes in emergency services, construction and restoration for local insurance professionals.

Troy Clark currently holds a double bachelor degrees in Electronics Technology and Computer Hardware Technology from Indiana State University.  Troy returned to school to earn his Master of Business Administration in 2008.  Troy currently owns and operates other businesses in the region, including companies in IT, phone systems, fiber optics, structured cabling, phone systems, security systems, camera systems and more.
